Order Changes & Cancellation

For inquiries, concerns, or adjustments to your order, please contact us by phone at (410) 800-8035 or via email at roseda@roseda.com. We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week. Orders placed after 10 am EST on Thursday will be fulfilled the following Monday or Tuesday.

Return/Replacement Policy

Due to the frozen nature of our products and the care and attention that goes into our packaging process, we will assess returns/replacements on a case-by-case basis. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please send a photo of the product inside your shipping container and a brief explanation of the concern to roseda@roseda.com, and we will contact you about further action. If we determine that action is needed, we will send you a replacement for the item(s) in question or provide a credit value consistent with the product(s) in question.
